Position Type: Full-Time

Summary
Curry & Associates, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our group of successful professionals who provide engineering services to communities and clients throughout Indiana. We are seeking to hire a Project Engineer who possesses sound technical knowledge and design skills, a desire to partner on important drinking water, wastewater and stormwater projects and desires to work in a positive and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:

Work on a team to plan and design a variety of drinking water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and related infrastructure projects.

Carry out the design of structures, systems and equipment items for water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities.

Prepare design drawings utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Ability to focus on engineering design details and understand overall design goals

Incorporate an understanding of construction methods and impact on design implementation

Review Contractor's shop drawing submittals.
Requirements:
-
3-5+ years of relevant experience designing water, wastewater, water resources, and/or other infrastructure projects for public and non-profit entities

BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology or
-
Associate degree in applicable field with 3-5+ years of experience

Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to visit and safely traverse construction and project sites and comply with all applicable safety codes and requirements.

Valid driver’s license
